Beer menu from Kilter Brewing

Craft Beer Brewery in Old St. Boniface, Winnipeg

Kilter Brewing’s taproom is large and well decorated – it feels like a patio.

What is Kilter Brewing all about?

Known as one of my GO-TO craft breweries last summer, Kilter Brewing produces some of my favourite beers in Winnipeg’s Craft beer scene. Kilter Brewing is located in Old St. Boniface and features a massive taproom. They’ve got board games, food, and of course plenty of beer for you to try.

Seasonal Winnipeg craft beer on tap

Sacrifice – Barleywine

This delicious brandy barrel-aged barleywine is rich with complex flavours and notes. The barleywine is aged in an apple-brandy barrel, giving it notes of apple/cherry and most likely oak.

This is a seasonal beer, found only on tap at Kilter Brewing’s taproom.

Kool Passion Punch – Sour

The Kool Passion Punch sour from Kilter is incredibly approachable for those still unfamiliar with sours. I really enjoyed the fruitiness paired with a slightly sour finish. The Kool Passion Punch beer is made with passion fruit, Kool-Aid, and vanilla.

This is a seasonal test batch, so maybe we’ll see this one make a return in cans for the summer, Winnipeg! Don’t miss out though.

    1. The ambiance is seriously something extraordinary. They call it “paradise” and it honestly is. Lots of space, great furniture from tables to couches, lots of variety on tap, plus food and game options to keep you busy. From what I could see (through the mounds of snow) they have a spacious patio as well – that is well lit in the summers.
